	Co-creation is a process that happens when two or more people come together to passionately ignite their ideas, desires, hopes and dreams into a physical form that they collaboratively design. Sometimes I serve as coach, sometimes as writer, sometimes as a sounding board, and sometimes as the project designer, organizing and facilitator. I have co-created a variety of projects, events, manuals and curriculums. I have helped to design everything from youth development projects, on-line courses, school programs, humanitarian efforts, personal growth seminars, and created spectacular birthday parties, as well as providing coaching for individuals and couples wishing for deeper connection and understanding. 	Intimacy Education & Coaching

Spirituality is an intimate journey, and I offer support and encouragement for yours! Through a variety of modalities, workshops and trainings I will assist you in exploring the energetics of spirituality. Learn to use breathing techniques, meditation practice, yoga, dance, and visualization to create a life of joy, purpose and power.

	Writing

As I continue to explore the area of writing inspirational material, short stories and my book, I am also a writer for hire. I have written online courses, website content, travelogues, workshop manuals and grants. I have tremendous success in distilling your ideas and getting them into written form.

	The Yin Project

A program that explores, integrates and experiences the beauty and joy in fully embracing the Yin (aspects of femininity), and all that means. This is a project of co-creation with the originator and feminine genius of Rachael Kennedy. 	India Awareness


	In October 2006 I traveled to Southern India to help restore wells that had been destroyed in the Tsunami, and to assist with a Welfare school in Bodhgaya. The wells have been successfully built, and we now continue to support 4 young men in Bodhgaya as they work their way toward University. You can HELP!! 	Youth to Youth

Working with young people is a passion for me! As past director of Western States Youth to Youth, I now serve as trainer, speaker, facilitator and organizer of many Western States Youth to Youth Conferences.
